⚠ Make these changes on the development site — not the live site

To actually update the lead notification emails, log in to the development site for the location you're working on. The live (public) sites have no admin panel, so you can't log in or edit settings there. Use the matching development URL below:

Remember to Publish. After you save your changes on the development site, click the Publish button in the top admin bar to push them live. If you're on a phone, log back in from a computer afterward to hit Publish — the change won't take effect until you do.
